Lockheed Martin Space In Cape Canaveral, FL Seeks a Full-time, Level 3 Program Planner. As An Integrated Program Planner, Sr, You Will
Be responsible for updating an IMP and creating future fiscal year IMS’s
Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and interoperations
Work with Finance and Business operations, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program
Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts

Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with planning/ scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, P6, etc.)
Experience developing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Familiarity with planning/ scheduling on programs requiring EVMS
US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Secret government security clearance
Desired Skills
Active Secret security clearance
Open Plan Professional and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro
Some experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
Experience resource loading labor hours preferred
Some experience in the application of integrated cost/ schedule techniques
Strong influencing and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
