Job Title: Senior Financial AnalystIndustry: Logistics, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods or similar industry ~ Highly PreferredLocation: Redondo Beach, CA (Southern California) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct HireSchedule: On-site, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: Up to $115,000About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team near Redondo Beach, CA. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for our supply chain and operations teams. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions.Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate operational performance and support strategic initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and supply chain, to provide actionable insights on cost structures, performance metrics, and profitability.Monitor and analyze 3PL and warehouse operational costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management for optimizing financial and operational performance.Support month-end close, ad hoc reporting, and financial presentations to senior leadership.Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP standards, and company policies.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.5–8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally in food, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain-driven industries.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and 3PL cost structures.Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at all levels.Why Join Us:This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a dynamic organization in Southern California, partnering closely with operational leaders and contributing directly to strategic business decisions.
