Expected work on site is approximately three days per week.What You Will DoSupport scheduling activities for high-risk programs, ensuring alignment with contractual objectivesUtilize expertise in earned value management and scheduling tools (SAP, SSI, OnePager Pro, Microsoft products) to monitor and report performance and perform month end activities.Resolve complex issues and contribute to the development of scheduling standards and techniquesCoordinate integrated master plans and schedules across functional groups to meet program objectivesConduct schedule risk assessments and utilize project management techniques to track progress and identify variances and develop risk mitigation strategiesDevelop IMP/IMS models independently from proposal documents and ensure compliance with project requirementsLead training initiatives for program specialists and junior schedulers, ensuring proficiency in scheduling practicesContributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered an expert in the field within the organizationAll Statement of Work (SOW) discrete scope is modeled in the IMS. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
