School Bus Drivers

Job Description We are currently hiring School Bus Drivers. This is an opportunity to earn extra income, find work/life balance, and support your community! Our employees make a difference in students' lives by safely and efficiently transporting them to and from their schools and special events. Our drivers have split shifts, morning and afternoon.Morning Shift: starts 4:45am, this usually involves picking up students in the morning and can last about 2 to 3 hours.Afternoon Shift: starts 1pm, this generally involves dropping students off after school and also lasts about 2 to 5 hours.Driver Requirements:Must be available Monday - Friday 4:45am - 8am & 1pm -6pmNo experience or CDL needed.Must love working with childrenMust be patient with children.Must have great communication skills.Must be reliable, and responsible.Written and verbal communication: Be able to complete written forms and reports, and follow written and verbal directionsPhysical condition: Be in good physical condition and able-bodiedMoral character: Be of good moral characterVision and hearing: Have good vision and hearingDriving experience: Have at least five years of licensed driving experienceAge: Be at least 21 years oldEducation: Have a high school diploma or equivalentBackground check: Pass a criminal background checkDriver's license: Have a valid Florida Driver's LicenseTraining: Complete 40 hours of behind-the-wheel trainingCompany DescriptionRapha Transportation is a small black family owned business that have been in business for 4 years.
