Our premier dual-property resort complex, located in a major Orlando-area tourism and convention market, is seeking an experienced Complex Senior Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team.Complex Senior Sales Manager Benefits:Competitive salaried compensation with a quarterly performance-based sales incentive planComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefitsGlobal travel program with deeply discounted hotel staysPaid time off, parental leave, and mental health support resources401(k) with company match and employee stock purchase planCareer growth and leadership development opportunitiesHigh-visibility role with direct impact on a top-performing convention sales complexComplex Senior Sales Manager Responsibilities:Drive new business development and revenue generation across a dual-property sales complexResearch, prospect, and secure new group opportunities with a strong emphasis on pharmaceutical and life sciences accountsManage and grow relationships with senior-level decision makers including procurement leaders, corporate executives, and meeting plannersSell across two large convention hotels, optimizing room blocks, meeting space, and total revenue potentialDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy, ADR, and group revenue contributionNegotiate complex group contracts within highly regulated environments, including pharmaceutical compliance and legal review processesPartner with corporate sales teams, convention bureaus, and third-party intermediaries to drive new demandComplex Senior Sales Manager Requirements:3+ years of senior-level hotel sales experience within a large-scale, convention, or resort environmentProven experience selling into the pharmaceutical or life sciences vertical (required)Strong background managing complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processesExperience handling large group business, meetings, and events in high-volume hotel environmentsDemonstrated success in new business development and pipeline generation (hunter mentality required)Strong contract negotiation experience, including working through legal and procurement review cyclesProficiency with hotel CRM systems (Delphi or similar strongly preferred)Experience selling into multi-property or complex hotel environmentsStrong commercial acumen related to group revenue production and forecasting
