Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Michigan, United States, for a Social Services Division Administrator. The Administrator will oversee the implementation, management, and evaluation of social service programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal policies. Daily tasks include leading and supporting teams, managing program budgets, developing policies, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to address community needs. The role also involves providing strategic direction, improving service delivery systems, and aligning programs to achieve departmental objectives. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, policy development, and program administrationProficiency in budget management, data analysis, and performance evaluationKnowledge of state and federal policies related to social servicesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsExperience in addressing community needs and working with diverse populationsEducation in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferredExperience in government or public service organizations is beneficial
