This is a revenue-driving role with real targets, real autonomy, and the opportunity to directly impact company growth.About the Role: Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Membership Development Representative owns inbound lead conversion and on-demand revenue across Workbar's network of locations. This is a high-activity role for someone who manages their pipeline with discipline, responds fast, and brings ideas that improve conversion. You'll take a consultative approach, asking the right questions and matching each prospect to the solution that works for them.What You’ll OwnInbound Lead Conversion & PipelineOwn all inbound membership and on-demand inquiries and execute 300-400 activities per week across phone, email, and web chatRespond quickly and effectively to convert leads into opportunities and on-demand leads into revenueTake a consultative approach to every conversation, understanding each prospect’s needs before recommending a solutionEnsure no active lead goes untouched and follow up consistently until a lead is booked, qualified out, or closedDocument every interaction and maintain a clean and current pipeline in Salesforce.
