Overview As a Project Engineer, you will plan, direct, and coordinate engineering-based projects to meet scope, cost, and quality targets. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop budgets and timelines, and report progress to clients. This role focuses on delivering feasible, value-driven engineering initiatives while managing resources and risks. You’ll engage with partners at multiple levels to ensure successful product rollouts and continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate projects with detailed plans and integrate technical activitiesDevelop, track, and manage budgets, plans, timelines, and scopePresent proposals, reports, and findings to clientsOversee staff development, coordination, and performance evaluationAnalyze technology and market demand to assess project feasibilityManage project resources, staffing, motivation, coaching, and advisory supportCollaborate with functional teams to define business requirementsDevelop product rollout plans and proceduresPrepare and present cost-benefit analyses Key requirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical fieldPMI or PMP certification preferred8-10 years of experience in project managementProven project management experiencePeople management and team-building skillsAdaptive and able to manage competing prioritiesAdvanced knowledge of engineering principles and theoryStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn business processes quickly and work with partners at different levelsAbility to assess risk and apply management principles across engineering and business functionsBasic ability to work independently and manage timeBasic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution of goodsBasic knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocationBasic knowledge of computer software (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)strong communicationleadership and people managementadaptabilityengineering principles and theoryproject budgeting and planningrisk assessment and management
