HoloTheater, developed by BX, combines large-scale holograms with 150+ degree film projections, providing a next-generation 3D audience experience and delivery platform for educational and entertainment content, tailored for a range of spaces at museums, zoos, aquariums, and other destinations.The company’s growing HoloTheater division seeks an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Marketing Manager to help lead the implementation of our marketing strategy across HoloTheater venues. If you’re interested in combining your passion for marketing guest experience with your background in innovative marketing strategies that drive ticket sales, we want to speak with you!Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with the BX executive management team in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive attendance, revenue, and brand awareness across multiple HoloTheater location-based entertainment venues. This role blends creative campaign development with data-driven marketing recommendations and strong partnership building. The Marketing Manager works cross-functionally with the Managing Director, HoloTheater, and each venue's General Manager, and external partners, to implement marketing and promotions that drive attendance, promote film experiences, special events, group sales, and merchandise while ensuring brand consistency across all locations.The Marketing Manager will be focused on, but not be limited to, the following marketing channels – CRM / database marketing (ticketing system, loyalty programs, segmentation); PR / media relations (press releases, media outreach, journalist engagement), trade / B2B marketing (industry partners, conventions, tourism boards, OTA’s), website management/content (beyond just “digital marketing”).Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & CampaignsDevelop and implement integrated marketing plans for multiple HoloTheater venuesPlan and execute campaigns to drive ticket sales, new experience launches, seasonal promotions, and special eventsAlign local venue marketing efforts with overall HoloTheater brand strategyManage campaign calendars and promotional timelines across locationsDigital & Performance MarketingOversee digital marketing channels including email, social media, paid ads, and web promotionsTrack performance metrics (attendance, conversion rates, ROI) and optimize campaignsAnalyze campaign performance across social, email, PR, trade, and partner channels to optimize ROI and inform future campaignsSupport online ticketing promotions and audience targeting strategiesCoordinate content creation, including photos, videos, and promotional assets·       Oversee HoloTheater website content, UX, and SEO to drive engagement and ticket sales.·       Manage CRM campaigns, including email segmentation, automation, and loyalty programs, to maximize repeat visitationLocal Venue Marketing SupportPartner with General Managers to develop localized marketing initiativesProvide toolkits and promotional materials for in-venue and community outreachSupport grassroots marketing efforts such as street teams, local events, and tourism outreachEnsure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all venues and marketing channelsGroup Sales, Events & Promotional PartnershipsCreate targeted campaigns to support group ticket sales, including schools, corporate outings, and private eventsDevelop promotional materials and outreach strategies for private screenings and buyoutsCollaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and increase booking inquiriesCollaborate with venue General Managers in identifying and establishing cross-promotional partnerships with complementary brands, attractions, hotels, restaurants, etc.Develop campaigns and materials for trade, corporate, schools, camps, OTAs, and other group channels.Identify, negotiate, and manage promotional partnerships with external organizations to enhance audience reach and venue visibility.Marketing Strategy & Campaigns·      Lead creative development for campaigns including messaging, visual assets, and promotional concepts across all channels.·      Collaborate with design and media teams to ensure campaign creative aligns with HoloTheater brand standards.Qualifications4–7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, attractions, hospitality, or experiential brandsProven success managing multi-location or regional marketing campaignsStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertisingExperience supporting event marketing or group sales promotionsExperience with CRM, PR, B2B/trade marketing, and partnership marketingExperience with CRM systems and database marketing preferredProven ability to manage PR/media campaigns and trade marketing initiativesExperience working with schools, camps, corporate groups, OTAs, or similar partners preferred.Excellent project management and organizational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with on-site operations teamsWhat Success Looks LikeA successful Marketing Manager will effectively collaborate cross-functionally with the BX executive team and HoloTheater General Managers, serving as an important liaison between the HoloTheater brand vision and local marketing strategy for each HoloTheater location. The Marketing Manager will implement marketing campaigns that increase attendance and revenue across all HoloTheater venues, support venue promotions and new film experience launches, support the growth of group and event business, and serve an integral role in building the HoloTheater brand in each venue market.Compensation Base salary commensurate with experience, company benefits (health, vision, dental)
