Enterprise Solutions Lead

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Solutions Lead to support our client in Newport News. This position has the exciting opportunity to support organizational design, long-term strategy, and team health, with a focus on modernization, alignment, and scalability as the organization evolves. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:Requirements:· Proven people leadership experience (managing managers or large teams)· Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-year strategy· Strong experience with organizational design and team scaling· Ability to influence across teams without direct authority· Experience leading through ambiguity, change, and transformation· Strong communication and executive presence· Experience managing team workload and preventing burnout at scale· Solid technical foundation in IT (applications, middleware, analytics, or ERPs)Desired:· Experience in enterprise applications, middleware, or analytics environments· Background in modernization or transformation initiatives· Prior experience with AI, data, or analytics organizationsResponsibilities:· Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned to business objectives· Lead and scale high-performing, sustainable teams· Drive cross-functional alignment across IT and business stakeholders· Influence decision-making beyond direct reporting structure· Navigate complex, ambiguous environments without a defined roadmap· Design and optimize organizational structure and team workflows· Ensure team health, workload balance, and long-term sustainability· Lead teams through change, transformation, and modernization effortsThe base pay range for this position is $140,000 – $150,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.Benefits: Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)/retirement plan; and other benefits in accordance with applicable laws.
