Technical Program Manager – Supply Chain & Operations

Job Title: Technical Program Manager – Supply Chain & OperationsKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day program operations for supply chain and procurement initiatives.Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial records; maintain accurate bookkeeping.Own and manage procurement workflows using tools like Coupa.Coordinate across finance, procurement, supply chain, and engineering teams.Maintain program dashboards, reports, and documentation for leadership visibility.Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and process improvements.Ensure timely delivery of supply chain programs and operational initiatives.Drive process efficiency and automation in procurement and financial tracking.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Operations Program Management, or Supply Chain Program Management.Strong experience managing day-to-day operational programs.Hands-on experience with procurement / supply chain tools (Coupa preferred).Experience with budget tracking, bookkeeping, or financial reconciliation in programs.Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
