Back15hPOS Coordinator#26-313Kent, Washington, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email CopyWorking LocationsKent, Washington, United StatesPay Range$21 - $23 per hourJob DetailsSummaryThe POS Coordinator works in our point of sale warehouse receiving deliveries, picking orders, maintaining inventory of marketing display items, and providing customer service to our employees, suppliers and customers.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick orders for will-call and truck deliveries on a daily basisEnsure the security and safety procedures are being executed to the company standardsMaintain inventory integrity by following SOP's and ensuring all re-sellable items are secured and invoicedCoordinate distributing and tracking of POS marketing materials to other company warehousesProvide exceptional customer service at all timesExecute order history and inventory reports to provide usage tracking as requestedOrder POS as necessary and within the company budgetsAdhere to all state liquor laws and regulationsDevelop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, manager and others you come into contact with through your jobComplete all other tasks or projects that are assignedKey CompetenciesGeneral knowledge of industry productsProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteEffective organizational and time management skills.Proven experience developing strong relationships with internal and external customersPeople ManagementNoneWork EnvironmentWorks mostly indoors.Physical DemandsLift, carry, push, pull up toFrequent standing and walkingUse of arms/wrists/hands/grasp throughout entire shiftClimb/twist/bend/stoop/crouch/sitExpected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time positions.
