RPA Developer
Programmers.io is currently looking for an "RPA (Automation Anywhere Developer)"Remote Role. Contract Role (Open for C2C OR W2)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with offshore development teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Support solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hyper-care activities.
- Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and production issue resolution.
- Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Provide status updates and act as the primary point of contact for automation initiatives.
- Drive bot performance improvements and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 development, implementation, and production support.
- Automation Anywhere 360 certified.
- Experience developing automations for:o Web, desktop, and Citrix-based applicationso Excel, CSV, PDF, email, and file-based processingo REST/SOAP API integrations
- Strong knowledge of exception handling, logging, debugging, and bot performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room, including:o Bot deployment and schedulingo Credential Vault managemento Runner and workload managemento Monitoring and troubleshooting
- Experience with version control, release management, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise support models.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
