Position: Executive Administrator / Office MGR
Salary: Competitive ~ Based Upon Qualifications & Experience
Location: Wilmington NC Area
Executive Administrative /Office MGR Duties and Description: Administrative Assistants provide administrative support to top-level executives. The primary requirements for this position are a considerable knowledge of company policies and procedures, organizational skills, computer skills, and the ability to work independently. The primary requirements for this Administrative Assistant will have contact with a variety of people, both in person and by phone, including clients, and individuals from the business community.
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
AP & AR reports
Keep records and reports up to date
Organize company events
Maintain Operations Travel Requests, Calendar meetings
Flexibility availability is needed due to the nature of the job functions
Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and commitment of professionalism and company culture
Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form
High Proficiency in using company office technology & software (Excel, Procore, CMiC, Office 365, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Communicating in a positive, effective & professional manner with staff, vendors, subcontractors, and visitors
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Other duties assigned
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other Federal, State, and Local standards
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone
