This role provides executive leadership to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, safety, sustainability, and compliance standards.The role has full P&L accountability and leads cross functional teams spanning sales, operations, technical services, supply chain, quality, and product management.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the short and long term strategy for the Admixtures business to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadershipIdentify and capitalize on market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations Lead portfolio optimization, pricing strategies, and go to market execution Build strong partnerships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partnersOwn P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, cost control, margin expansion, and capital efficiency Lead annual operating plans, forecasts, and multi year strategic plans Drive disciplined capital allocation and ROI focused investment decisionsOversee manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and inventory management to ensure reliable supply, cost competitiveness, and quality excellence Champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence) Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsPartner with Sales and Technical Services to deliver customer centric solutions Ensure strong technical support, product performance, and field collaboration Represent the Admixtures business with major customers and industry stakeholdersSponsor product development and innovation aligned with market needs, sustainability goals, and performance differentiation Ensure robust quality systems, technical governance, and product lifecycle managementBuild, lead, and develop a high performing leadership team Foster a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning Support succession planning and leadership development across the organizationAct as a key member of the senior leadership team, collaborating across regions and functions Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethics, and governance standards Provide regular performance updates to executive leadershipQualificationsReady Mix business experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field requiredMBA or advanced technical degree preferred7+years of progressive leadership experience in admixtures, specialty chemicals, construction materials, or related industries Proven experience with P&L ownership and general management responsibilities Demonstrated success in leading multi site operations and commercial teamsKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong communication, analytical, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently with cross functional teams across multiple locationsStrong strategic thinking and execution capability Deep understanding of admixtures markets, applications, and customer needs Financial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth Ability to lead complex organizations through change Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skillsWorking ConditionsTravel to plants, terminals, quarries, and operational sitesAbility to work in industrial environments requiring PPEPhysical RequirementsRequires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degreeExerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
