Senior Business Change Manager - Remote / Telecommute

Job TitleDrive and identify organizational change requirements, including completion of change management and impact assessments.Assess change management needs of internal and external stakeholders and support structured transition of business processes and technologies.Partner with program leadership and project teams to align on strategy, direction, and business objectives.Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of technical and business solutions.Deliver engaging and well-structured change management presentations to executives, leadership teams, and project stakeholders.Advise, coach, and counsel leadership and front-line managers on active sponsorship and change adoption strategies.Influence executives on organizational change and effectiveness initiatives.Ensure all deliverables are high quality, meet program requirements, and are completed within deadlines.Support development of change management capabilities across the organization through mentoring and guidance.Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field.8+ years of experience in business, communications, and/or organizational change management.In lieu of a Bachelors degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.Strong ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across teams.Advanced influencing skills to drive alignment toward common goals.Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification preferred.Organizational change management and impact assessment.Stakeholder engagement and communication.Leadership coaching and executive advisory.Strategic planning and program alignment.Presentation and facilitation skills.Mentoring and capability development.
