Senior System Engineer II

A company is looking for a Senior System Engineer II specializing in virtualization and compute environments. Key Responsibilities: Engineer, deploy, and manage enterprise hypervisor platforms across data centers and hybrid cloud Support and maintain HPE servers and administer Windows and Red Hat operating systems Lead remediation for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 7 years or 11 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on virtualization technologies Expertise in VMware ESXi, Azure Local, and OpenShift/KVM virtualization Strong knowledge of HPE server platforms, Windows Server, and RHEL Experience leading vulnerability remediation and platform hardening efforts Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform is a plus
