The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 20-30 direct reports across various functions, including sales, procurement, project management, engineering, and other corporate roles. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include managing a large P&L, driving revenue through cross-functional collaboration, and providing hands-on leadership to support the organization's growth and scaling efforts in North America.
