IT Project Manager
Position SummaryWe are seeking an IT Project Manager to support and drive technology initiatives across the organization. This role will serve as a shared resource for all IT teams, leading and coordinating projects across infrastructure, applications, and support functions.In addition to core IT project delivery, this role will lead technology rollouts for business units and oversee IT coordination for job site setups and closures. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects, vendors, and service-related activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead and coordinate IT projects across multiple teams and functional areasDefine project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersTrack progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of initiativesProvide clear and consistent communication to IT teams and business partnersTechnology RolloutsPlan and execute technology implementations across departmentsPartner with business stakeholders to ensure successful adoptionCoordinate training, documentation, and rollout supportJob Site IT CoordinationOversee IT setup for job sites, including internet, hardware, and related servicesCoordinate setup and teardown timelines aligned with project schedulesWork with vendors and internal teams to ensure readiness and supportService & Billing ManagementEnsure all services (internet, telecom, subscriptions, etc.) are properly discontinued at job closureCoordinate with vendors to prevent unnecessary or ongoing chargesMaintain tracking of active services and closuresQualificationsBachelors degree in information technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or a similar roleStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWorking knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, or service deliveryExperience coordinating with vendors and managing service-related activities preferredPMP, CAPM, Scrum, or similar certification is a plus, but not requiredSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with strong attention to detailSelf-starter who can work independently and across teamsComfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersThis role may be filled at different levels depending on candidate experience.Why Join UsOpportunity to contribute to critical IT initiatives across the organizationHigh-visibility role supporting multiple technology teamsCollaborative environment with meaningful impact on business operationsGrowth potential within IT project leadershipPIe2889afd515b-26289-40231006
