Network Architect

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s current IT architecture, business operations, and modernization initiatives.• Build strong, trusted advisory relationships with clients and stakeholders.• Create and enhance technology roadmaps aligned with organizational strategies and vision.• Interface directly with users and stakeholders to define and document needs.• Manage and track technical data across products and teams to support inquiries and data calls.• Propose innovative architectural solutions across diverse technical environments.What You'll Need• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline, or 10 years of additional relevant experience.• 15 years of related experience.• Expert-level knowledge and highly innovative problem-solving capabilities.• Experience in a healthcare or healthcare insurance environment.• Proven ability to meet deadlines, including short-notice requests, and work effectively in a team.• Excellent communication skills, fostering trust through transparency and building collaborative relationships.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $140,000 - $145,000.• Fully remote position within the United States.• Opportunity to work on impactful projects within a dynamic environment.• Chance to leverage resources across various programs and influence technology strategy.Apply via Haystack today!
