DescriptionFacilitate effective educational, safety and skills training programs to improve the safety culture and accident rate within our Publix private fleet Serve as a regulatory technical safety expert for Publix Transportation andRespond to initial accident scenes, collecting information and assisting in the accident investigation of asserted or potential claims involving Publix vehicles and providing field support for our Publix Risk Management departmentRequired QualificationsBe at least 24 years old Have authorization to drive a company vehicle (before his or her start date in the position)Must have primary residence located within 100 miles of the work locationMust have three years (full time) Truck Driving experienceBe able to work a flexible schedule of 45 hours minimum per week that may include nights, weekends, and overnight travel.
