In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for hiring across a variety of business lines. You will partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape search strategy, calibrate talent needs, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience from intake through close. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting expertise, strong market insight, and a proactive, data-informed approach to building talent pipelines for both full-time and temporary hiring needs across our U.S. offices. This hybrid role requires two days onsite in our New York City office.What You’ll DoLead full-cycle recruiting for contract, individual contributor, and leadership roles across various departmentsAct as a strategic partner to hiring managers, directors, and executive stakeholders by providing market insight, candidate assessment, and clear, consultative guidance throughout the hiring processManage high-volume requisition load while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder communication at every stageDesign and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage and build pipelines of high-caliber talentLeverage recruiting data, talent mapping, and market intelligence to influence hiring strategy and inform decision-makingCollaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation teams to develop competitive offersUtilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage full-cycle, high volume recruiting effortsRemain current on and adhere to Firm personnel policies and applicable employment lawsWork with HR Analytics team on compliance and reporting requirementsPerform additional duties as neededWhat You’ll Bring8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience managing roles from intake through offer and close; ideally within professional services, technology or high growth environmentsProven track record of partnering directly with senior stakeholders and hiring managers on complex and high-volume searchesExceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to shape decisions and manage expectationsStrong understanding of the external talent markets, including trends and talent availabilityDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretionAbility to leverage data to inform decisions and influence stakeholdersBachelor’s degree requiredWhat Success Looks LikeExceptional communication skills with ability to influence and guide decision makingOutstanding organizational skills and effective time management; ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines in a high touch environmentContinuous improvement mindset, focused on process optimization and scalabilityStrong business acumen and an understanding of how talent decisions support broader organizational goalsAbility to build credibility with senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor, not just an executorProficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platformsSalary InformationNY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 at the time of posting.The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
