Bullhorn Systems Optimization Consultant

PEG Staffing is seeking a seasoned Bullhorn Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in the post-implementation phase of our Bullhorn software. This individual will ensure that the software is fully optimized, support our team in understanding and utilizing all features, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance and support during the post-implementation phase of Bullhorn.Optimize the Bullhorn system to align with our business processes and goals.Train and support our internal teams on effectively using Bullhorn features and functionalities.Collaborate with our IT and operations teams to customize and configure Bullhorn as needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest Bullhorn updates and ensure our system utilizes the most effective tools and features.Develop and maintain documentation for Bullhorn processes and best practices.Act as the liaison between Senior Leadership and Bullhorn to resolve any company-wide technical issues related to Bullhorn set-up and integration,Assist Senior Leadership with customizing Bullhorn fields, reports, and automation features to meet company needs.Qualifications:Recent experience assisting with all aspects of the implantation processes of Bullhorn, particularly in the post-implementation phases.Strong understanding of Bullhorn’s functionalities, configurations, and integrations.In depth knowledge of the customizations available within Bullhorn and assisting with the specialized customization set up.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve system optimization.Familiarity with recruitment processes and ATS systems is a plus.Why Join Us:Be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement.Opportunity to play a key role in optimizing a critical system within our organization.Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working environment with remote options available.
