The Ideal candidate should be****detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a professional office environment.****Key responsibilities****Communicating with customers and distributors via e-mail with questions and concerns as needed.****Responsible for setting up product support in NextGen application.****Processing and fulfilling product orders in Dynamics.****Assisting with any financial audit requests and providing necessary documentation to assist auditors, accounting, and finance.****Updating and setting up customers in Customer Maintenance application.****Processing Failed Key and License RMA's and creating the orders in Dynamics.****Processing License Modifications in licensing when needed.****Essential requirements****Business College graduate or e** **quivalent work experience.****Order processing experience preferred, in Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle.****Great attitude with able to perform under pressure during busy peaks throughout the year (required availability end of months/quarters/end of year/Holidays).****Desired skills****Ability to learn continuously - about the job you are responsible for, but also about our company and what we do.****Curiosity about data and systems to drive continuous improvement and work with IT to implement changes when necessary.****Possess both verbal and written communication skills to work through issues that may arise.****Excellent work ethic, dependable and responsible; team player and highly collaborative.**_If you are in ETAP or RIB, please delete the below and this line._**Finance at AVEVA**Our team of almost 500 Finance professionals are central to AVEVA's £1bn+ business.
