General Manager (Chemical Samples)

We are seeking an experienced General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing lab operations, sample management, R&D, customer engagement, and commercial growth. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded textile industry generalist with strong technical understanding and the ability to identify and drive business expansion opportunities within an established global customer base.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)10–15+ years of experience in the textile industry, preferably in testing, chemicals, or technical servicesStrong understanding of textile testing methods, lab operations, and quality standardsExperience in customer engagement, technical sales, or business developmentProven leadership experience managing cross-functional teamsStrong commercial acumen and ability to grow business with existing and new customersExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel.
