Martin Brower is Now Hiring Warehouse Order Selectors in Manassas, VAStart at $23.25 per Hour + Incentive Opportunities - Excellent BenefitsThis position performs a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming product, picking, and filling orders from stock, stacking, and wrapping product and/or building pallets. Our team members are active throughout their day working independently using a voice-controlled system to select full-case dry, cool, or frozen products in a multi-temperature warehouse environment using powered material handling equipment.Walk-in interviews on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PMTop Benefits:Start at $23.25 per hour$25.09 per hour after 6 months$31.74 per hour after 1 yearPLUS $0.52 per hour minimum uncapped incentiveWeekly pay!We offer great benefits including health, vision and dental – FREE after 3 years!Shifts Available:Must be able to have open availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends!2nd shift: 1:00 PM-9:30 PM3rd shift: 9:00 PM-5:30 AMResponsibilities:Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouseAccurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as neededPerform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehousePerform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty palletsOther duties as assignedAbout Martin Brower:Join Martin Brower - one of the best-kept secrets in food-service distribution!
