This position operates primarily in the field with minimal supervision and reports to the Field Service Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and assist customer personnel with machine installation, startup, commissioning, and operator trainingProvide on-site and remote technical service support when equipment is not performing to specificationTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, HMI, and robotic systemsNavigate, edit, and support PLC and HMI programs (Allen Bradley/Rockwell preferred)Support final machine checkout, ensuring equipment is fully operational and ready for shipmentProvide accurate and timely feedback to Engineering regarding field modifications, issues, and improvementsDevelop strong customer relationships through professional communication and technical expertiseTechnical Requirements & QualificationsStrong mechanical and electrical assembly and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work online with PLCs and HMIs, including program navigation and editsExperience supporting automated packaging equipment preferredFamiliarity with case packers, shrink wrappers, and robotic systemsFANUC robot experience and certification highly desirable2 to 4 years of relevant field service or automation experience preferredAbility to work independently in customer environments while collaborating effectively with internal teamWhat We OfferBase hourly range: $30.00 - $45.00Comprehensive medical and dental coverageLife insuranceGenerous paid time offRetirement savings plan with company matchDay one benefits eligibility BenefitsComprehensive medical and dental coverageLife insuranceGenerous paid time offRetirement savings plan with company match Email Your Resume In Word ToLouie.Salutare@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
