Principal Data Scientist

Utilize a broad range of technologies, including PyTorch, AWS, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning, and VectorDBs, to extract insights from vast amounts of data. Specialize in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to leverage, adapt, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for customer-facing applications. Develop machine learning and NLP models throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design to deployment in scalable production systems. Translate complex technical work into clear, tangible business goals for various stakeholders. Contribute to an AI Training Team at the cutting edge of Generative AI, creating high-quality data for training and testing models.What You'll Need A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field with 5 years of experience in data analytics, or a Master's Degree with 3 years of experience, or a PhD in a quantitative field. Strong passion for analyzing data, creating innovative solutions, and delivering customer-centric results. Experience with advanced machine learning and deep learning technologies, including hands-on experience with LLMs. Proven ability to research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies and state-of-the-art methods. An engineering mindset with a track record of delivering scalable models in production.
