Our automotive manufacturing client is seeking a PM for an ERP system implementation in Harrodsburg, KY. It is a long term project!Title: PMO – Implementation Project ManagerLocation: Harrodsburg, KYDuration: 15 month long contract + possibility of extensionW2 contractEligible for benefits on contractPaid x1.5 for any OTOnsite?: Hybrid! Must be able to go onsite to Harrodsburg, KY plant 2/3 times a weekPlease note - it will be an average of 2-3 days a week throughout the 15 months.Some weeks onsite 5 days/week, then might be fully remote some weeksPay Rate: $45-60/hr (Dependent on experience, potential flex)Start Date: ASAP!Must Haves: 3-7+ years of Project management PMO support or similar rolesProficiency in a PM Software (SAP PPM, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)Experience overseeing an implementation, digital transformation of a systemHas worked supported an implantation in a manufacturing environment - has to have familiarity with a manufacturing company basically!Bachelors degree in business, PM, IT or EngineeringGood communication skillsPlusses:PMP CertificationCertified Scrum Master CertificationPrevious role was a contract roleExperience implementing SAP S/4hana or any other ERP systemDay to Day: In this role, The PMO Specialist is responsible for supporting project governance, standards, reporting, and overall project execution within the Project Management Office (PMO). The client is implementing SAP S/4 Hana. This role ensures that project management processes, methodologies, and best practices are followed to drive efficiency, consistency, and successful project delivery. The PMO Specialist works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership to monitor project performance and provide strategic support.
