This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, as many clients in the Phoenix, AZ area are Korean-speaking.RequirementsBilingual proficiency in English and Korean (required)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent project management experience3 - 5 years of progressive management experience within the building services or facility services industryExperience supporting industrial or manufacturing environments preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to execute against operational and project plansDemonstrated budget management capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)The ideal candidate is an industry professional with strong client relationship management experience and a positive, solution-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, including business development and operational management within a multi-site service environment.Essential FunctionsProvide operational solutions and support to clients and internal supervisors.Assist in managing the financial performance of assigned accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Manage account financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.Direct and oversee employee performance, including coaching, discipline, conflict resolution, and employee development.Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and service quality.Manage daily activities of supervisors and frontline personnel in a complex operational environment.Implement operational processes and procedures to drive service improvements.Ensure services are delivered according to contract requirements and targeted profit margins.Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges and customer concerns.Manage quality control programs and safety initiatives across assigned facilities.Identify opportunities for additional services or projects that may increase revenue.Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations.Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation, including terminations, labor variance action plans, and operational reports.Analyze and proactively manage both financial and operational performance across assigned locations.Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission, resolving discrepancies when necessary.Provide leadership and guidance to Supervisors and Lead personnel assigned to the facilities.
