Hiring immediately for this Resolution Specialist job at Educational Testing Services, no experience necessary. Weekly pay starting at $19.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).· High School Diploma/GED· 1+ years' related work experience· Experience with investigating, data analysis, and quality control· Competent in using Microsoft Word and other basic computer applications· Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills· Strong oral and written communication skills· Must be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and exhibit a high degree of flexibility· Understand and demonstrate competency in assigned processes, including acquiring specific program subject matter knowledge· Follow established processes to ensure initial processing of work units meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Quality initiative standards· Report any process issues or production errors to internal Resolution management· Identify and recommend process changes and improvements· Conduct oneself professionally in accordance with ETS's policies and procedures· Become familiar with documentation requirements and report missing or additional documents to the supervising manager· Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirementsPay Details: $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
