Your responsibilities will include:Project Leadership and ExecutionTrack and forecast project-level financials and provide regular reporting to executive leadershipProduce, maintain, and manage detailed project schedulesLead change management efforts including assembling estimates, budgets, and proposalsOversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure alignment with project goalsNegotiate contracts and manage commercial termsAttend and lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and partnersMentor and develop project engineers and other team membersCross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate closely with field supervisors, foremen, fabrication shop leadership, VDC/CAD/Detailing teams, project engineers, and project accountantsEnsure seamless communication and coordination across all project stakeholdersMaintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleWhat You BringRequired Skills and ExperienceRelevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industryStrong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teamsSound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to navigate complex situationsAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentsStrong time management skills and the ability to adapt quicklyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)Why This Opportunity Stands OutWork on a Massive, High-Profile Data Center ProjectThis is not a typical construction job.
