Within our fine dining/upscale casual establishment, we seek passionate individuals who humbly seek to be part of excellence. We are seeking an experienced Sushi Cook. Qualified candidates will be able to prepare sushi, breakdown fish, prepare hot and cold items. Attention to detail and working as a team is a must. Night and weekend availability is required. Ideal candidates will have NYC fine dining experience. Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics: Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant Desire and dedication to learn and offer fine dining service A minimum of two years in sushi A minimum of two years as a line cook Organization and multi-tasking skills An enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor Ability to work as a team player Ability to follow direction The ability to dedicate a year towards a growth position Some travel may be necessary for pop-up Compensation: The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc. This position requires open availability- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends. We are a new concept in NYC serving Seafood, Sushi, and other Japanese fare; in a high end bar environment. Full menu and full bar offerings 6 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
