Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage the daily scheduling of appointments, facilitate effective communication between patients and medical staff, and ensure a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing information on treatments, managing patient records, and coordinating care to support optimal outcomes. The role is central to delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within the MedSpa. Qualifications Skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette to manage client interactions effectively and maintain schedulesExperience in Care Coordination and Patient Care to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for clientsKnowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate effectively with colleagues and understand treatment protocolsStrong interpersonal and organizational skills to thrive in a client-focused environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting in the New York City areaPrevious experience in a MedSpa, healthcare, or customer service role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare or administration are an advantage
