Electrical & AV Maintenance Technician

About the Role If wires, lights, sound, and problem-solving make you happy, this one’s for you. You’ll help keep our lighting , audio , video , and electrical systems running smoothly across our high-energy entertainment venues. You’ll work under manager guidance—no solo missions here—while supporting laser tag , mini golf , go-karts ️, and everything that makes our venues light up (literally). Electrical & AV Maintenance Technician Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience) Job Location: 7407 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615 Availability: Monday through Friday (weekend during emergency) What You’ll Do Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical & lighting systems Perform routine preventive maintenance so the lights stay on and the fun doesn’t stop Prep wire, conduit, and tools—measure, cut, bend, strip, repeat Help troubleshoot minor electrical, lighting, audio, or video issues ️ Support entertainment lighting and AV systems (screens, sound, attraction lighting) Carry, organize, and manage tools and inventory like a pro toolbox Tetris champion Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and keep work areas clean and organized Assist with general IT or technical support tied to entertainment systems What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience or strong interest in electrical, maintenance, AV, or technical work Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs., climbing ladders, bending, and staying on your feet Able to work indoors/outdoors and in loud, high-energy environments (hello go-karts ️) Basic hand-tool knowledge and willingness to learn electrical & AV tools Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow into more skilled roles Why You’ll Like It Here No boring job sites—every day is different Hands-on learning across electrical, lighting, and AV systems Work where fun happens (yes, laser tag is happening next door ) Opportunity to grow with a multi-location entertainment brand If you can keep the lights on, the games running, and the fun flowing, we want to hear from you—apply today!
