Operate independently performing advanced welding, blending, stress relief, and metal fabrication processes using TIG and MIG techniques in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Read, interpret, and execute operations per drawings and work instructions.Perform advanced welding operations using Gas Tungsten Arc, Metal Inert Gas, oxy-acetylene, and plasma cutting equipment.Conduct major Turbine and Combustion repairs (Class C).Install accessories on Turbine and Combustion components.Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on equipment.Support on-the-job training and certification efforts while consistently meeting production requirements.Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe conditions.Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous improvement efforts.EEO:Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
