Accounts Payable Specialist

We are searching for an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in managing our financial transactions and helping to ensure smooth operational processes. Responsibilities: Code and match purchase orders to invoices Enter AP Invoices Handle commercial billings Work with our estimators to ensure proper job costs Perform price checks and resolve discrepancies with vendors Coordinate and complete the entire AP process within daily and monthly deadlines Conduct Bank Reconciliations Manage quarterly and year-end taxes and work with CPA on tax-related discrepancies Answer phone calls and assist customers in the front office Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, financial management, and taxes Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively Highly organized and detail-oriented Interested?
