Budgeting, Investment & Financial DisciplineOwn end-to-end marketing budgeting and investment governanceDrive allocation of spend across demand programs, brand, events, partnerships, and digital channelsMeasure and optimize:Pipeline per dollar spentChannel and campaign ROIInvestment effectiveness across regions and programsPartner with finance and revenue operations to ensure forecast accuracy and strong linkage between spend and revenue outcomes3.
