*United Staffing Group is hiring NOW* for an experienced *Chemical Processor / Degrease Trainer* to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation in Blaine.
If you have *manufacturing, chemical processing, production, or industrial experience* and are ready to take on more responsibility, this is an opportunity to step into a *training and leadership-focused role*.
*WHAT YOU'LL DO*
* Operate and monitor the degrease/chemical processing line
* Set up and start production jobs
* Inspect parts to ensure quality requirements are met
* Train and coach new employees
* Enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements
* Monitor production and communicate problems to management
* Complete production paperwork and computer documentation
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Help the team meet production, quality, attendance, and safety goals
*WHAT WE WANT*
* Manufacturing or chemical-processing experience *preferred*
* High school diploma or GED
* Strong attention to detail
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to follow written work instructions
* Reliable and dependable attendance
* Strong safety mindset
* Comfortable training and working with others
* Ability to lift *up to 50 lbs. occasionally*
