Apply via Dice today!Job Description:Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery of Convert and Migrate activities across multiple Wealth Management programs. Own and manage environment setup, data migration strategy, and cutover planning for each phase of delivery. Design and oversee ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading across legacy and target systems. Ensure secure and accurate data transfers, including handling of large-scale extracts and reconciliation. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and validate migration and data requirements. Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, including timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. Support test data provisioning, environment readiness, and defect triage during migration phases. Provide technical leadership during dry runs, mock conversions, and production cutovers. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of migration frameworks.Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, preferably in financial services or wealth management. Proven experience in data migration, ETL design, system conversion, and environment orchestration. Strong understanding of SDLC, technical expertise, and architectural oversights. Hands-on experience with data extract handling, data mapping, and validation frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.Preferred Skills: Experience with Wealth Management platforms. Familiarity with cloud migration (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments. Knowledge of data governance, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
