Join us in driving the future of mobility.Essential Responsibilities & Activities:Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate data uploads into the systemsManage part updates and changes to support manufacturability, performance, and system integrationObtain B-release approval for complete seat system componentsEnsure supplier tooling timelines align with program milestonesSupport DV/PV testing and lead issue resolution for seat systemsAssist with supplier and onsite (Scout) buildsTrack and resolve open issues throughout all build phasesEnsure compliance with safety standards and U.S. regulatory requirementsDrive continuous improvement in system performance and customer experienceSupport manufacturing readiness, including production processes and facility inputManage supplier deliverables to meet cost, quality, and timing targets.All other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field8+ years of experience developing complete seat systems across all phasesStrong background in product design, engineering analysis, and developmentProficiency in CATIA (including section cuts and data review)Experience with DV/PV testing for complete seat systemsSolid understanding of quality processes (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans)Knowledge of seat system requirements and integrationProven ability to quickly resolve technical issuesAbility to follow engineering direction and implement design changesStrong collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teamsExcellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to travel, as neededBenefits401K with company matchingPTO (Paid Time Off) starts at 20days/year with 1 day accumulation per yearHealth/Dental/Vision insurance starts on date of hireHealth saving accountFlexible spending accountLife insuranceShort-Term & Long-Term Disability (covered 100% premium)Tuition reimbursementTraining and DevelopmentPaid HolidaysEmployee assistance programEmployee DiscountReferral program
