This role performs all Sanitation Operator responsibilities while also completing weigh-ups, batching/blending to spec, operating production equipment, and performing cellar work as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction ExecutionPerform raw material weigh-ups accuratelyExecute batching and blending operations to specificationMonitor process parameters and ensure product meets quality standardsEquipment OperationOperate production equipment including CIP Cart, RO System, Deaeration Skid, Brewhouse/Pilot Brewhouse, Hot/Cold Liquor Tanks, Batching Table, Blending Skid, Fermenters, and Brite TanksPerform cellar work such as tank prep, transfers, and staging product for packagingCIP / Sanitation / Tank ReadinessPerform CIP and sanitation of tanks and equipmentFill tanks with DA water and support equipment readiness as requiredHeat and maintain the HLT as neededGMP / SQF / Food Safety ComplianceFollow all facility GMP, SQF, and Food Safety Program guidelinesMaintain sanitary conditions and follow contamination prevention proceduresReport food safety or quality concerns immediatelyDocumentation & CoordinationComplete batch documentation and production logs accuratelyCoordinate with Quality and Packaging to execute production to planJob Location· Open to relocation to McKinney, TX.· Willing and able to be physically present on the production floor daily.
