Facility Custodian

Fetzer Architectural Woodwork is seeking a dependable individual to join our team as a Full Time Facility Custodian. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our woodworking manufacturing facility, including shop areas, offices, and common spaces. A clean facility supports safety, efficiency, and the high standards of craftsmanship our company is known for. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Shop Areas Empty trash and debris containers throughout the production floor Sweep shop floors and maintain clear walkways Perform general cleaning tasks as needed Monitor shop areas for cleanliness and potential safety concerns Offices & Common Areas Clean and maintain lunchroom, break areas, and other shared spaces. Perform general cleaning in office areas Restock supplies as needed Qualifications Reliable with consistent attendance Able to work independently and stay on task Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in an active woodworking manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace Work Environment This position works in both office and manufacturing settings. The shop environment may include exposure to wood dust, noise, and active machinery.
