Starting pay $15.00/hourJob Title:FOOD SERVICE- SERVERJOB GOAL:To serve W-SR school meals to students in a pleasant, timely and appropriate manner, meeting Iowa Food Code regulations.To demonstrate a positive attitude, loyalty, cooperation, teamwork, attendance, and safety.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Limited amount of food preparation, including but not limited to produce washing and preparation, opening and portioning canned fruit and yogurtAccepts hot and cold carts from transport driver. Reviews contents of the cart, according to the day's production sheetSets up service line, counts trays for meals service number accuracy, gathers appropriate utensil for service, according to production sheetServes all food required in the food services program, according to production sheetReads, follows and completes productions sheets daily, with accuracyNotes and records food, refrigerator/freezer and dish machine temperatures.
