Operational excellence and customer impact are key, with a requirement to engage with customers, surface product gaps, and establish KPIs aligned to digital adoption and customer value realization.Candidates for the VP of Technical Services position at the company should have a background in post-sales functions, product leadership, or strategy roles within high-growth SaaS or product-led organizations.
