This role supports system design, configuration, implementation, and optimization to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, efficient workflows, and a high‐quality user experience. The analyst develops process documentation, testing criteria, project plans, and provides ongoing support to end users across the organization.Essential Job Duties System Configuration and SupportConfigure business processes, security, dashboards, reports, calculated fields, and EIBs.Document workflows and create user‐friendly procedures.Provide training, guidance, and support to end users.Perform data analysis to support decision making.Manage change communications, test system changes, and maintain documentation.Collaborate with teams and vendors; communicate system updates.Support business continuity and validate system integrity after downtimes.Problem SolvingTroubleshoot complex Workday issues; perform root cause analysis.Maintain data integrity through audits and governance practices.Mentor junior analysts.Prioritize requests based on operational and regulatory needs.Track, escal#J-18808-Ljbffr
