Job Description Alarmco central station is a call center type environment where we receive and dispatch for the many systems we monitor all over the country.We are looking for a select few individuals that want to be part of our diverse and growing team. In Alarmco Central Station we receive fire, intrusion, and camera alarm notifications from residential, commercial and government accounts.JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The kind of persons we are looking for should have excellent customer service skills. Keep calm in a fast-working environment.Help customers with basic troubleshooting of their alarm systems. Update access control systems, for example we add and remove door access key fobs for many of our customers. We will make and receive phone calls to our customer and or authorities. Respond to and send emailsMust be proficient with general computer software, covering operating systems (Windows/Mac), productivity suites (Microsoft Office). They should also be willing to learn specialized software (RPS, Compass, Immix, analytics).Proficient with data entry, pay great attention to detail, be reliable, can multitask, has a flexible schedule.If that sounds like you please apply today!IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:Must be willing to learn and have a positive attitude.Availability and willingness to work flexible shifts.1+ year customer service experience is preferred.Type 25+ WPM with high level of accuracy.Must be able to pass criminal background check.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.Work Location:Alarmco Central StationJob Types: Full time / Part time ( Current opening 8a-4p M-F)Job Types: Must be available to fill in.Pay: From 17.00 per hourBenefits:On-the-job trainingPaid time offWork Location: In person
