Duties
Pre/Post Trip Inspections on All Equipment
Ensure Freight is Secured at All Times
Tech Savvy on Mobile Devices (GPS, TMS, ELD)
Loading/Unloading
Driving Safey based on Hours of Service & FMCSA guidelines
Route Planning
Picking Up & Delivering Freight On-Schedule

How much tractor-trailer driving experience do you have?
Custom Critical requires at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 2 years, or 1 year in the last 5 years. Trucking school experience does not count.
Do you have a good driving record?
We look at the last 3 years when we run their driving records. Custom Critical safety policy states a driver can have no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years. Drivers cannot have more than one preventable accident in the last three years. Or more than one moving violation and preventable accident in the last 3 years. There are some violations that we look at that are more than 3 years. We also run criminal background checks and check for misdemeanors and felonies.
