Our Pay Structure is an hourly rate of $13.00 an hour plus tips, tips are paid out monthly and add approximately $2.75-$3.25 an hour added to your hourly rate.We also have an Employee Incentive Program, once you become certified at each position you have an opportunity to get a pay increase.
