Job TitleProvide clean and sanitized environments in all COTM facilities that create welcoming spaces to help introduce people to the real Jesus.ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of cleaning and sanitizing activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishingAssist in overseeing and tracking inventory of all supplies and equipmentPractice and follow Housekeeping health and safety policiesRecruit and develop Housekeeping Go Team membersOperate and oversee all cleaning equipment and make sure there are no inadequaciesReport to the Housekeeping and Service Support Supervisor on the condition of buildings and assets to identify potential needed repairs through regular inspectionsRequirements1+ years of experience in a similar position or fieldAbility to provide healthy feedback to team membersAbility to carry, push, pull reach overhead, walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach away from body, and lift 50 lbs.Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to tradeAttention to detail and high standard of work ethicAbility to build and develop teamsWork Schedule40 hours per week, Tuesday - SaturdayTulsa Campus hours: Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Saturday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
